1) 1st: in form of hydrogencarbonate ions,
carbon dioxide react with water in the red blood cell.
2nd: in form of cardamino-haemoglobin:
react with amino group of haemoglobin
3rd: in form of dissolved carbon dioxide

2)haemoglobin in red blood cell bind reversible with oxygen.
so, haemoglobin act as oxygen carrier to increase the capacity of oxygen transported.

3) breathing muscles ( intercostal muscle and diaphragm muscle )

4)increased
