同老闆再三商討之後，最後得出以下結論︰
1) 請係呢個禮拜之內出張 PO 俾我地，同埋將餘數開埋張 L/C 過嚟，否則我地會決定取消你地張單。

2) 而家先收到 PO，貨期都會由 6 月中延遲到 7 月頭。

3) 由於未有 PO，大貨物料都未訂到，所以樣板嘅期都會順延。
After number of discussions with our boss, we have a conclusion as below:
1/ Please issue a P/O within this week together with the balance amount by L/C, otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
2/ When P/O & L/C received on time, delivery will be extended from June to July 2008.
3/ As P/O not yet received, so, needed raw material also not yet received, therefore the date of sample have to extend as well.
