其實你在上面年份的一欄已經說了，Late Harvest是晚收。Hillside是加拿大牌子，在加拿大冰酒叫icewine。如果是冰酒的話一定會在樽上印上icewine字眼。例如 2004 RIESLING ICEWINE 。
加拿大冰酒葡萄品種上傾向單一品種釀製，例如白冰酒用Riesling、Vidal、Ehrenfelser等，紅冰酒用Merlot和Cabernet franc為主。

呢支係 Icewine (冰酒) , 因為 糖 : 105 g/L 。普通 白葡萄酒 的 糖 : 11.0 g/L。

Tasting Notes: This wine begins with tangerine and rose petal aromas that continue through the palate with lingering honeydew melon and papaya finishing with hints of spice.

Winemaking: Grapes were whole bunch pressed before being clarified and fermented at low temperatures with an aromatic yeast. Fermentation was halted before completion to retain a slightly higher residual sugar. The wine was carefully fined, filtered and bottled in late February 2005.

Aging Potential: While this wine is delicate in its composition, the wine will age well from 3 to 5 years.
