MANAGER A 今天下午曾致電回公司給你AT 2 PM.
你與MANANGER A 今天早上一起去看SHOW(展覽),
然後你們應該分開AT 中午.雖然你去左入境處處理私人文件. 你下午曾致電回公司, 說處理好自己既係入境處既私人野回公司, 但最後沒有SHOWUP到.另外, ( 我一段野加....)
只是想通知你, 因你沒有預早作任何通知, 及處理其自己私人事務, 因此公司會扣減你下午半天假.

Please note Manager A has called back to office at 2 pm today to look for you.

This morning you and Manager A went to watch the exhibition and after that, you and Manager A seperated around noon time. As we understood you have gone to the Immigration Department to take care of your personal issue. Actually when you called back the office in the afternoon you advised that you will return to the office after you finished your personal issue. However you did not show up finally. Moreover, .........

We just want to let you know that due your lack of prior notice for absence to manage your personal issue, and your failure in reporting to work in the afternoon, the Company will deduct half day from your annual leave accordingly.
