'我就係我'
Leslie Cheung has said it as 'I am what I am'. But recently I have heard John Lung say it as 'I am who I am' Gramatically, both are correct. But which
one is better or more accurate? Why?

I am who I am is more accurate grammetically.

However, I am what I am gives a stronger impression to people. In this sentence Leslie conveyed his feeling very well - No matter who I am, what I do, how you think about me - I AM WHAT I AM !

Both are the same.
I am who I am: someone says who he is and by what name he is to be called. To express a person's essence, identity and the meaning of this person's life. This person shall be or will be... with his own character whatsoever.
I am who I am is better.
