A lot of Hong Kong movies are using gangsterdom and violence as their theme nowadays. The leading characters are usually gangster boss or thugs. The protagonists generally commit crime such as murder, street fighting, and challenging police authority to establish their status. Through observation, our teenagers might perceive committing crime as a way to gain recognition and thus are motivated to performing those crime acts. As our youth imitates the criminal behaviors of our movie protagonists, juvenile crime rate are going to increase.
