i am currently living in Adelaide...and i was planning to move to other state (maybe Sydney) at the end of this year..i would like to ask it is possible to get a job before i relocate? like...if i apply the job online..do i need to go to Sydney for the interview? how can i get a job before i relocate?

depends what kind of job you wantdo you work for a company that has sites in sydney?
that would be the best way, do that and get a transfer
just say something came up and you have to move

It is possible, they may ask for a phone interview and you could get it.
Just make sure you have everything ready like a normal interview
