據本處紀錄 ,貴單位自 2008 年 1 月至 2008 年 3 月止的管理費(共銀 $1,000. x 3 = $3,000.)仍未清繳 。想是貴人事忙無暇處理 ,請儘快抽空繳費是荷 。管理費用除可於辦公時間內到管理處親身繳交外 ,也可以支票的形式連同住戶地址投入管理處的信箱中(正式收據後補)。

按時繳交管理費是大廈全體業主的責任 ,此舉為保障本廈的財政運作健全 。經多次追討仍逾期未付之費用會轉交法律部門(小額錢債審裁署)處理 ,所需的額外費用全數由欠款戶負責。

上述費用如已清繳則無需理會此信 。如有其他問題請與管理處聯絡 ,電話號碼為21234567,我們樂意為大廈住戶提供服務 !

Dear Owner / Occupier,

Re: Outstanding Management Fees

According to our records the Management Fees for the above unit for the period January - March 2008 (Total: $1000 x 3 = $3000) remain unpaid. We would like to draw your attention to this oversight. You may pay in person at the Management Office during business hours or alternatively you can drop a cheque into the Management Office Letterbox and an Official Receipt will be issued in due course.

It is the responsibility of all Owners to pay their Management Fees on time to ensure the smooth operation of the building's financials. Default accounts will be dealt with at the Small Claims Tribunal and the cost of such will be for the defaulter's account.

Please disregard this letter if you have settled the account. Please contact the Management Office at 21234567 should you have any queries. We would be delighted to be at your service.
