1a main urban have well transport system , sell product will be more convenient
1b 基建更完善..infxx我忘了點串..~你可以查返ENG

2a can be use 基建 for so many factories [ EG road..]

2b 工業集聚 [ aggoxxxlation] two of factories set up together , distance will decrease , save transport cost
[是因為兩間工廠興建在相約的地方 , A 的產品是要運向B工廠再加工的話,距離短了,運輸費因此平了]
