The medical term is "anorexia". It literally means "lack of Appetite" (An- Lack of) (-orexia = appetite)

"anorexia nervosa" is not necessarily appropriate here as nervosa implies that the cause of loss of appetite is caused by emotional stressors such as anger, anxiety, or an irrational fear of gaining weight.

I hope this was helpful =)

Crouching Doggie is right. Have had patients who did not want to eat that certainly were not anorexic. One had a stomach mass, the other a mass pressing on the stomach. Early Satiety warrants an investigation. Only then can you be comfortable in considering an emotional etiology( if anorexia is) ( there is a syndrome in infants in which they do not want to eat, waste away-caused by a hypothalamic tumor. Bright, happy kids, otherwise.Russell's diencephalic syndrome)

actually, i wouldn't call this anorexia because anorexia refers to the lack of a desire to eat and thus refraining. the term for feeling full after eating a small amount of food is premature satiety.
