Issues about employment contract (URGENT!!! 20 marks)

I am currently working in an outsourcing center/solution vendor as a Programmer, and just got an offer from another ISV of similar business nature as a Project Consultant, and I decided to submit my resignation letter today.

However, I noticed that there is a term in my employment contract:
"You are required not to work for the clients and compeptitors who related to our business within 2 months after leaving the company."

As I noticed that my job role is very different from my current role, is this term still enforcable? If it is still enforcable and I still insist to join the new company, what consequences will likely happened to me?

其實都好睇你既新公司既 employment nature 同間新公司既 nature 去定。
如果好似你咁講, 你話個 job nature 係好唔同既, 咁即係無同 contract 有衝突。因為之前我記得有 D court 既案例講過, o個個 contract 既
protection on past employer 唔係話可以大到唔合理, 一定要係 reasonable 同埋證明到你新既工作係損害 past 公司既利益, 咁佢就真係可以告你。
所以, 如果你 prove 到係無利益衝突, job nature 係好唔同既, 咁係無事的。

但係個 contract 上面寫住 『 not to work for the clients and compeptitors who related to our business within 2 months after leaving the company』, 而如果你 join既新公司係真係同 past 公司係一個 similar nature / competitive in nature 既話, 就都好肯定佢可以告你違約。同時, 佢係禁止你 2 個月唔可以咁做, 個時間係好 reasonable。所以, 我覺得就算你可以
prove 到job nature 係好唔同既, 都唔足夠幫到你。因為只要證明到新公司係真係同 past 公司係一個 similar nature / competitive in nature 既話, 佢就會可以好大機會告到你違約。

如果告得入, 你應該會被禁止 jon 新公司, 同時都要陪賞比 past 公司。
