裝著魚苗的水桶，差點變成攻擊武器；場面瘋狂近乎失控，幾百名信徒還是照常放生，抗議民眾破口大罵。莊圓師父：「就這樣放下去，魚會活嗎？變相的斂財活動，詐騙集團！哪有功德？」

譴責千名信徒，將8大卡車的魚苗任意放生到海裡，根本是變相殺生，報警處理卻是無能為力；宗教理念和生態議題，激烈衝突的這一刻，信仰倡導的「慈悲心」，全被拋在腦後。
