有沒有人懂糧單/收入證明的格式?

因為我公司係間細公司, 出糧都是出票了事, 所以並沒有所謂的糧單, 但因近期同事要申請公屋, 我又負責會計這邊, 所以想問問有沒有formal少少的糧單/收入證明資料可以作參考.

This letter serves to confirm Mr. XXX bearer of HKID card number: A123456 (0) is employed by our company as XXXX (職位) since 1 Jan 2003 (入職日期). Mr XXX present salary is HK$10,000 per month.
