after yoga, wt to eat?

I wanna keep fit by doing yoga, but after yoga, I always feel hungry and want to sth, any suggestion wt to eat the best in order to avoid weight gain rapidly after doing exercises?

I will suggest that you should eat BANANA before doing yoga. Normally I eat it half hr before doing Gym.. sometime also eat 1 or 2 pcs of wheat bread before gym to get enough energy. Banana is very good food for getting energy and you wont feel so hungry after yoga / gym.

After yoga or gym, i will drink water only. I wont eat anything within 1.5~2hrs after yoga/gym unless i m extremely hungry... then i will eat wheat bread.

My weight is under my control. :)

the aim of Yoga can be repaired your body/cell. improve your metabolism
you take an energy when you do any exercise. it is

you can eat fabric food after exercise (Yoga)
remind you......Don't eat anything before yoga exercise

睇下我個case.幫到你^^

運動係ok.但要有好大恆心同埋堅持去做!
而且運動姿勢唔正確仲好易受傷同埋有反效果!

我之前18x幾磅嫁,果陣覺得所有方法減肥都得

不過一定肥,但係網裡邊既顧問

教我控制卡路里吸收,再配合飲食

一個月減左13磅,依家減左34磅,2年冇肥返

做完運動之後...起碼要1個小時之後先好食野喎...而且唔好食大量既脂肪同炭水化合物啦 ! 呢d都係至肥既....
記得飲足夠既水...如果好餓既...先食住d蔬菜頂肚餓....如果可以既...越綠既蔬菜就越好啦 !
仲有....唔好空肚做運動呀 !
