兒童飲用健身奶粉問題

我表弟12歲,佢飲健身奶粉想練大隻,我想問飲健身奶粉對佢會吾會有影響。

真的要睇吓你表弟每日飲O既次數了。其實健康奶粉大至分為WHEY PROTEIN同WEIGHT GAINER,兩者分別係前者只得蛋白質同一些維他命,而WRIGHT GAINER即係增磅奶粉,因為佢除左蛋白質,維他命外重有較高的卡路里(較高的碳水化合物)。個人覺得如果想大隻的話,要有WEIGHT TRAINING,營養同休息。因為這是最基本令MUSCLES BUILD UP的要素。奶粉都係一些營養補充劑,其實可以以白肉(雞肉,雞蛋,面包等食物代替)都係O個句啦,可以等佢大少少約先好接觸重量訓練,因為都係怕佢危險而已。況且,"健身奶粉"都係算中至上價的物品,任何東西長期服用都係唔咁好嫁啦。

Even whey protein are safe, but most trainers recommend people who use it after weight training to help build more muscle. Children are not recommend to do weight training, so they are not recommend to use whey protein either.
Lean chicken breast, egg white and skim milk are very high protein food, also low in fat. You should recomment your cousin to have them instead.
