the sauce is Mayonnaise (蛋黃醬). I was a manager trainee in McDonald some times ago. You could hardly buy the exact formula of Mayonnaise that you taste from the McDonald.
The Mayonnaise of 卡夫 is diffrent from that from the McDonald.

hi, actually you can make this 白色醬 by yourself. they are Miracle/Mayo sauce and finely chopped pickles (sweet).
