正如 kiki 所說,也許"for here"grammar 是錯的,但我居於美國,是經營西餐廳的,平日我亦聽見citizen都是這樣說,於日常生活用語方面應該可以吧~~反而印象中好像设聽過客人說"dine in",或者於較為高級少許的餐廳適用,若於快餐店亦說"dine in"好像怪怪的,正如去麥當奴買外賣,亦會說"攞走/拎走",而非"堂食"ｂ,亦可能是美語比較隨便罷~~
