做FOOD TEST其實幾簡單，學生又有興趣，可以一試。

例如：

1. Boil leaf, and use iodine solution to find whether there is starch.

2. Protein test.

3. Distribute different food to different groups of student, and ask them to find out which nutrients existed in the food and write a simple report.
