2x^2 + 15xy - 27y^2
= (2x - 3y)(x + 9y)

(2x-3y)(x+9y)

2x^2+18xy-3xy-27y^2
2x(x+9y)-3y(x+9y)
(x+9y)(2x-3y)

2x^2 + 15xy - 27y^2

2(-27) = - 54

Look for factors of - 54 that add to + 15

- 3 & + 18 do it

2x^2 - 3xy + 18xy - 27y^2 {rewrite for grouping}

x(2x - 3y) + 9y(2x - 3y)

(x + 9)(2x - 3y)

2x^2+15xy-27y^2
okay the thing is that i think the sign before 27y^2 shud be +
otherwise middle term factorization wont work here
then u have to use the quadratic formula which wud be complicated
