$30000 seems not enough especially in the peak season. Besides air tickets, you probably have to buy rail pass. Including other travelling fees, the total cost for travel will amount to approx. $15000 already.

For hotel / hostel, eating, entrance fees, etc. which the remaining $15000 will not be enough.

I guess if your budget is $35000 - $40000, it will be much better.
