KoreanAir 大韓 should be ok, though l prefer Cathy Pacific and Asiana 韓亞. Last time l took United Airlines 聯合航空 and it is also ok.

When you arrive at Korea Incheon Intl Airport, go to the Tourist Information Counter, and you can buy telephone card. Make sure you buy the card that can make IDD call.
When you are in Seoul, you can buy a telephone card in any convenient store.
But the telephone card 電話卡 on sale is not SIM card. You cannot insert the 電話卡 into your mobile phone. You can use the numbers written on the 電話卡 in the public pay phone 公用電話.

Sony Ericsson K810i & W910i 用唔用到架?
Sony Ericsson K810i has 3G function and you can use you own HK SIM card in Korea. But W910i does not have 3G and you cannot use it in Korea.
