開生蠔是很專業的，外行人做起來是很危險的，請不要試？
你可以晚一點才買外賣蠔，再向店員取些冰作保存溫度用，從而使生蠔保持新鮮，效果很好呀！！！

hi, you are better to ask ppls to open the oyster for you, it is not difficult to open but need a treat, do not take a risk. actually you can put them into your refrigator after open, it can keep for fresh till you cook at night. hope this information can help you.
