I think you should get some sleeping pill first and take once a day then you are able to get some sleep, as long as you gain your strength back. Then stop taking the pill, and start to do some exercises one or two hours before bedding time, it sure can help you to sleep better and with some light yoga music. You have try to relax more before sleep. This is my way to doing it.
