If you only got 10 days, there is not much time left. There will only be 7 or 8 days for travel. So you have to concentrate on two or three cities only.

If you want to visit London, Paris and cities in Italy, it will be too rush. I suggest you to go to UK (London) and France (Paris) and some othe cities in these two countries only since the two countries are just nearby and save time to travel.

In London, you can spend 3 days there and Paris also 2 or 3 days, so no much time will be left.

But if you want to go to more countries, joining tour is an option but it will not be as free as go by yourself.
