someone should be teaching you math. after the decimal. you start with tenths the second number after the decimal is hundredths. the 3rd is thousandths and the 4th number after the decimal is then thousandths. now look at the 5th number to the right of the decimal, if it is greater than 5 than you round the 4th number to the right of the decimal up. if it is less than 5 then you leave the 4th number alone.
