User Problem-Cannot open Peachtree

I had this problem at before~ You can try this method to settle it....

p.s. i am using Peachtree accounting 2003

Q: there's another user using the same serial no.

A: Close your peachtree and all applications of your PC and then restart your computer, Before open any applications, use window explorer, find your company floder from the folder PEACHW , Inside your company folder, there should be 2 types of files named CONNCO.DAT and CONNDP.DAT . Delete both of these files and then go back into Peachtree and it will recreate these files automatically. CONNCO.DAT is the file that holds the serial no. information and if it becomes damaged may give that error. By deleting it and allow it to recreate it should no longer have the damage in it.

佢話你個 Peachtree 係第2部電腦 (唔係你用緊果部電腦)
比其它 user 用緊.

雖然你係 "the only Windows user" of 你部電腦,
如果其他 user 係第2部電腦都 open 緊個 Peachtree,
Peachtree 都會lock 住架.

解決方法:
叫其他用緊 Peachtree 既 User 離開 Peachtree.


p.s. Peachtree 被開啟後, 會即時 Locked, 以免它 User 更改內容, 引致錯數.
