游水vs緩步跑

如果每日都跑/游 30分鐘以上,咁游水定緩步跑會減得快d??
仲有游水同緩步跑邊一樣會令body個線條靚d?

It is depends on your heart rate and the intensity of your training. In theory, running should burn more fat, but everyone is different, you should check your heart rate and the intensity to be sure.


仲有游水同緩步跑邊一樣會令body個線條靚d?
If you want to tone your body, you should add some light weight training in your weekly exercise program. Remember, muscle need rest, the best is rest 48 hours in between. You can do cardio (running and swimming) 5 - 6 days a week. Most important you should have 1 - 2 days rest a week.

其實要減肥係同修線條,用既方法係有唔同,要減肥係要做一些CARDIO運動,而你選擇既跑步同游水都係,但其實只不過消耗大概300-350卡路里,所以我健意就用一D輕既DUM-BELL做多小小WEIGHT訓練,因為我地身體消耗卡唔里多少係取決於我地既MUSCLE(線條)。。。
同埋唔需要日日,因為身體要RECOVER,一星期三至四日已經可以。。。

運動係ok.但要有好大恆心同埋堅持去做!
而且運動姿勢唔正確仲好易受傷同埋有反效果!

是游水,因為水會有阻力,會令你倍難前進,同時會令你體力更快減少o
