收到貴司通知,希望取消234訂單及並且要求將訂金退回一事,我司按照合同上要求已將產品完成並在倉庫等候貴司安排出貨及付款,而該合同是跟貴司簽訂,希望貴司履行合同上之責任盡快安排付款及出貨

We have received your letter of (加收到通知信嘅日期) asking us to cancel the order 234 and request the refund of subscription.

We are sorry to inform you that on this occasion we cannot accommodate your request. Please understand that our company’s administration structure does not allow us to alter ordering.

We do hope. However, you will come up with solutions. We will deliver your goods as scheduled.

本公司已於(日期)收到閣下的通知信要求取消234訂單及並且要求將訂金退回一事我們抱歉並通知閣下. 本公司不會接納
根據本公司的行政架構而不允許訂單改動
本公司期望. 無論如何. 閣下盡快安排履行合同上之責任
