我想問下呢, 點解次次炒鴕鳥肉都"痴"底呢? 係唔夠油定係個鑊唔夠熱呢? 唔該~

因為,鴕鳥肉是比較少脂肪的肉類。再加上鑊燒得不夠熱。
建議改用易潔鑊來煮,可以少用油,吃得較健康。

I guess you are using the stainless steel pan/iron pan, the pan should be heat enough, then pour oil, when the oil is heat, put your 鴕鳥肉. for my suggestion, the best way is using non-stick pan.

是你隻鑊不夠熱,d油又唔夠滾所以就痴鑊.
你燒紅隻鑊先好落油,等油滾再落肉.
