要寫 The Government of the HKSAR. 唔好淨寫 HKSAR. 會退票 ka. 我試過 ka la. 至於 The Government of the HKSAR 一定岩. 我剛剛先寄左兩張 CHQ 比政府申請 passport 及車牌. 兩張都過晒數 lak.
