I am a human, not [an]animal. [a,e,i,o,u係vowel sound],所以要用 an

I am a teenager.

I am a girl.

I am a living thing on Earth, not ET.

I am a human, not animal. (=correct)

I am a teenager. (=correct)

I am a girl. (=correct)

I love china. I am a HK people.
(change to:)
I love China. I am a HK person..

All your sentences are correct except the last one :

I love China. I am a HK people.

For China you have to use capital letter C, not small letter c, because china means procelain, a kind of materials that we make our dinner wares, etc.

Do not change your sentences except the last one I mentioned.
