Rub them with Saddle Soap.
in case you mild up the polish and enable it soften somewhat it. then Blow it out and save on with on your boots as its melted. it ought to be warm so be careful. as quickly as you smear it around on your boot start up utilising water or purely spit shine it.. the reason in the back of melting the polish is for all the cracks and little scrafs and holes to get crammed in and to make one delicate floor. THE SMOOTHER the exterior the greater efficient that's to polish up your wrestle boots. USMC CPL.
Fill them up full of water, sit them somewhere over night, put them on wet the next day. You will have wet feet for the day but it is a fast break in.
bend the toe about where your foot bends, against a wall then leave them there with something to brace them so they stay like that for a night or two then they should be nice and flexible
DO NOT RUB VASELINE ON YOUR COMBAT BOOTS!!!!! bad bad advice. same thing happens to mine. scrub them real good with a boot brush and throw them in the dryer. its loud and obnoxious but your boots dont look like crap and they aent stiff as a board when they come out. i dont know if you are a marine but i know that if you have a uniform inspection and you have put vaseline on your boots you will probably get kicked in the throat by some motivated sergeant
Wear them...a lot. You can also try and manually "break" the stiffness by working the upper material back and forth with your hands.
VASELINE AND SUEDED LEATHER DO NOT MIX WELL!
My mom always told me to put some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and run it on to open up the leather then rub Vaseline on it to make it soft.
