I watch Arrow too. i've got basically watched a pair of episodes from each and every instruct you have listed yet they have exceedingly good scores on IMDb. i like Grimm, Hannibal, Revenge, and The Mentalist. And present day kinfolk is humorous.

try tudou.com , they have EVERYTHING. they like update the series that HK plays everyday. It loads pretty slow though at around 7-10 so i think you should preload it first.

there are two sites that I know of: www.in2tv.com and www.hulu.com. they may have what you are looking for.
