Can anyone tell list me some real-life examples/ applications of Pythagoras' Theorem and please explain it BRIEFLY (no need to be so detail)
P.S. : Please list me SEVERAL examples/ applications but NOT ONE ONLY.

example 1, the width of a door is 3m and the height is 4m.then it is known that the maximum length of rod is 5m if
the rod is to be carried vertically through the door.
example 2, the width of a tray is 30cm and the length is 40cm.
then the maximum length of a stick to be placed horizontally
is 50cm.
