1.Mix the sugar and the flour.Thenadd the butter and stir with a fork.

4.Preheat the oven to 230 ℃.

6.Beat the eggs.Add them to the sugar mixture.Beat the mixture.Then add the
evaporated milk and the vanilla.
7.Stran the filling with a sieve.Then fill the tart moulds with filling.
8.Bake the tarts 15 to 20 minutes unit the pastry is golden brown.
