For example on Cell A3

Press ALT+D+L

(or go to DATA->Data Validation)

[Validation criteria] you can choose [LIST]

Then for example in cell A1 to Cell A2 you have [Yes] [No] , then under [Source] you can choose cell A1:A2

then in your cell A3, you should able to see [Yes] and [No]


There's other settings to change so that other users could only choose [Yes] or [No] or type something else. You can just play around with this data validation funciton.

在所需要的位置上，選擇 Data Pull-Down Menu 中的 Validation，

再在 Settings 中 Validation criteria 上選上 List 或其他

For possible values，則填上 Source 的位置
