You have to check the items in the Decoration charge and capitalised it as follows:
Dr. (Office) Furniture and Equipment (辦公室) 傢俬、器具
Dr. Leasehold Improvement 裝修
If the decoration charge is for reapirs and maintenance on an existing structure e.g. whitwashing, wallpapering etc., then this could be charged to Reapirs and Maintenance ( 維修費用 )
