我想問授權書既format係要點的？
我想寫比學校，我同學幫我拎cert用的
thx a lot.

I xxx, HKID card number xxx hereby authourized ms XXX , HKID card number help me to take back my certificate.

呢個得唔得，其實我想要長盡少少

Letter of Authorization

I hereby authorize XXXX (Hong Kong Identity Number 000000) to collect the YYYY Certificate for me.

Attached please also find a copy of my Hong Kong Identity Number 999999 with my endorsement as the back of the copy.
