If the notice has not been sent out to all shareholders, the AGM or EGM is not valid as sufficient day's of notice (normal, special notice, special resolution etc. ) as required by law, has not been given. The meeting, even it was held with quorum, is considered to be invalid and any business transacted will also be considered voidable or void.
