i am sorry that i don't have much time to tell you about Switzerland,but i know something about france/italy.

frist,if you if 13-15 days,you can go to italy and france.london is more near to france.so i sugget you to go to france frist.you can go to france by train because it is not very expensive and it is quite comfortable.of crouse,you can go by plane too!but it is a litle bit too expensive.i sugget you to go to paris because it is really famous!and there are many beautiful places!

then,if you want to go to italy,i sugget you to go by plane(if you are quite rich)because italy is quite far away from london.and of crouse in tialy,you can choose to go to milan and rome,but i sugget you to go to rome.

* you can find many hotel in there ,don't wory about that!

Before planning of your schedule you have to indicate your budget.

In luxery way:
You may take the Europe Star to go from London to Paris and then rent a car to drive from one place to other place. under this arrangement, 15 days is sufficient for you to have a brief visit to each city.

In Economic way:
You can take the normal train to london and stay in remote youth hostel, then you take train from one cities to another city. In this case, you need much more time in each travelling between cities. 20 days if better for you to travelling all your target cities.

FYI, if the distance is not too far (less than 1000 km), using plane may not saving time than the train.
