Does the non-executive director has salary from the company? since i saw the non-executive director is not a employee in the company.
If they have salary, who determine their salary?

It is a mutual agreement between the company and the Non- executive director for having a salary. The non-executive director is usually appointed an an external person and not a member of the Board of Directors and for the purposes of the Corporate Governance. The salary is determined by the Borad of Direcotors initially and have to be approved in the Annual General Meeting under the agenda item - Directors' Remuneration.
