I am afraid the answer is: "not very likely."
Note that a digital camera is NOT your typical image viewer. In most cases it can only recognise images and movie clips shot by that very camera model -- and only if the images and clips are stored in the preconfigured folders in the memory card concerned. Even if you move your unaltered images to the root directory of the memory card, your digital camera won't recognise them.
Similarly, if you alter an image (or video clip) via computer and have it saved in the original folder in the card, the camera may still not recognise that image since certain header data (could be part of the EXIF data) of the image has been changed.
