首先好多謝你們的回答，因為我自己真的想到很煩，前天竟是一晚没睡過地想。在澳門我不知可以問who，我父親仲打算bring去香港領事館問！正如grandtom所問的問題，在我心裏的一個煩惱，說真的我真的不想關他們事，不用求他們幇忙。但我父親又跟她說了，她說有用得到世的她就跟她說。想真的很煩！ 多多多謝謝朋友的回答！
請問美國綠卡的問題

我係澳門的一名中學生，我申請了到猶他州讀大學。我的父親早年在美國工作，回澳十年，除了綠卡外，全部証年都過期。我有一個同父異母昏姐姐在miami，我想她幇我申請綠卡。可以嗎？我該怎做？thank you！

你爸只持有綠卡,而且已離美多年~九成不能再入境,除非綠卡未過期~~仲有你sister 只有green card~要申請兄弟姊妹有難度~~如果入藉後申請都要＋幾ニ＋年~個時我姑媽申請我爸同地同我±也就用左13年~仲要斬五了關過六丈

first, your father green card was officially expired after the first years he left USA. can he use that green card again is 50 / 50 .
your sister with you are from same father. that is a little better blood related and you two are in the gray zone. if she is US citizen now, she can try to file the application for you. but i suggest she file it after you went to Utah. yes, that is a long wait period, about 10 to 12 years. but you still have a chance.
your college may take 4 years+, then try to find a job in US and hanging there for few more years. hope on that time the immigration office will approve your application.
do you and your half sister have good relationship always? will she help you ?

it is a short cut,
if your sister is US citizen, she can apply your dad to USA, it takes about 1 year and you can go with him or change statue in Utah.
