All of aluminium, iron, magnesium and zinc are reactive enough to react with dilute hydrochloric acid to give hydrogen gas.
2Al + 6H+ → 2Al3+ + 3H2
Fe + 2H+ → Fe2+ + H2
Mg + 2H+ → Mg2+ + H2
Zn + 2H+ → Zn2+ + H2

However, copper is unreactive which would not react with hydrochloric acid.

Since the question doesn't mention the concentration of the hydrochloric acid,it is not sure the answer true or not.

Only dilute hydrochloric acid will react with reactive metals.Another, hydrochloric acid only has acidic properties in dilute form.
