what is the difference between temporary internet files and temporary files?

Would deleting them all or one of them be better to free up space?

yes , and temperary INTERNET files are files , cookies from internet use.

temp files are just for temp desktop , systems etc..

Delete all of them.
They will come back as you use the computer, but there is no need to keep unused files and cookies.

Temporary files are files that are only used while a program is running. Temporary internet files are usually short term cookies.
