Borrow money to buy apartment?

As your credibility is so low already and you have got such a bad record you should have been black listed by all banks.

However, the bank counts your current and future credibility too. Suppose you have got enough saving now and got a good and steady job in the past few years, for example, there is no reason for the banks not to upgrade your credibility and borrow you some money in the future (but maybe the terms are not so good compared with those non-blacklisted clients).

一定有影響, 除非你已有足夠資金及有穩定工作等等使自己的信貸評級提高. 最好是找配偶或信得過的家人的名義去買會少很多麻煩.
