How to straight to an university in other county ?

I am 25 year old . I have not finished form 5 in HK .
But I wanna get more education now .
I decide to study again in other county.
Do you think I can study straight to an university with 6.0 IELTS?
Will I be accepted?
Please give me more advice!!!!

I know that you can try Uni. in Hong Kong as a 「mature student」.
mature student: those who are 25 or above, but do not possess HKAL / HKCEE results.

If you have IELTS overall band score 6.0 + no paper's score below 6.0, I think universities might consider you.
However you might need to take some so called 「foundation courses」, as you haven't completed HKCEE.
I would be better if your current job is parallel or similar to your studies.
Since different countries might have different standards for university applicants, you need to go through them one by one.
