If the working attitude of the employee is bad, the company reserves the right to issue a warning letter. The employee may be dismissed immediately without further notice and compensation upon receiving the third warning letter.

Such as poor work attitude of the employees, the company the right to issue a warning letter, such as the more than three warning letters can be immediately dismissed. (Without prior notice and compensation)

If the employee work is in an unacceptable level, the company has the right to send out warning letter. Moreover, if exceeds three warning letters, the company may dismiss the employee immediately. (Which WILL NOT give further notice and compensation)
