Can anyone to teach me how to copy the pictures from Word/Excel Format Documents and then to paste the pictures into MY PICTURES FILES? Please Help!!!

首先，當你見到你想要既畫面既時候，按鍵盤上面既「Prt Scr」制。呢個制通常係「delete」和「insert」上面。然後，你要開「小畫家」，拉右鍵，「貼上」，咁上就會見到你頭先想要既畫面喇~~
最後，你將幅圖儲存落「MY PICTURES FILES」，咁就會得到幅圖喇~~
