That has nothing to do with it!!
It's the person that matters more than anything, with or without hair! If you are a fun warm sensitive person to be with, you will be just fine.
The hair should only be used to accent your natural beauty. Long hair often does nothing whatsoever for you, and can drag you down, literally! Anything longer than shoulder length is useless.
If a guy only likes you for your hair, you would be better off cutting it off and giving it to him, and then forget about him forever. Find yourself a guy that likes you for yourself, not your hair.
You have your priorities in the wrong order if you have to ask that question.

that's a cool questions i've been wondering about. but yeah it definitely depends on the person in my opinion. my sister, who has really fine hair and kind of a heart shaped face, looks really cute with short hair and layers. but people say that they love me with long hair. so, it just depends. & on how u style it.

I am a woman and I think that we look better with short hair because last year everyone wanted to have long hair and I decided to be different and cut a foot off of my hair. It looks adorable!
